The 2009 Fluke Customer Loyalty – Bonus Product Campaign provides our loyal customers the opportunity to receive a Free Bonus Fluke Product by purchasing an eligible product.
To secure your FREE Bonus Product, simply purchase an eligible product by Friday 19th June 2009. Save a copy of the invoice or purchase order for the eligible product, and complete the rebate form for each eligible product that is purchased. Purchase an eligible product by 19th June 2009 and get your choice of a Free Bonus Product as shown on the Fluke Bonus Product Selection Form. Complete the Fluke Promotion Redemption Form and fax to (02) 8850-3300 or e-mail: sales@fluke.com.au along with a copy of your Proof of Purchase and the Fluke Bonus Product Selection Form by 3rd July 2009. All rebate forms and proof of purchases received after 3rd July 2009 will not be fulfilled and are invalid. Allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. Employees and families (spouses, parents, children and their spouses) of Fluke Australia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors or representatives, its advertising agencies, prize supplier and any other company involved with the offer are not eligible. Limited to one bonus product per customer. Offer valid in Ampac Region, and void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted. Offer may not be transferred, sold, reproduced or copied.
